Refund Policy
A straightforward, no-risk, 14-day refund policy.
PrefixWP is dedicated to providing high-quality WordPress plugins that help your website grow. While we stand behind the reliability of our products, we recognize that circumstances vary. For your peace of mind, we offer a fair and transparent refund policy in case a plugin isn’t the right fit for you.
Eligibility for a refund
- You are within 14 days of the original purchase date of the plugin.
- Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase will not be accepted.
- Renewal payments are non-refundable.
Within that period, you may request a refund if:
- You purchased a plugin and, after installing and testing it, found that it does not meet your business needs or technical requirements; or
- You encountered a technical issue that we were unable to resolve, making the plugin unusable for your setup. In such cases, we may ask for more information to help us improve the plugin.
Additional refund conditions
- You have made a genuine attempt to contact support and allowed us to troubleshoot or resolve the issue.
- If the problem comes from plugin installation or a failure to perform core functionality, your refund request will be considered.
- Issues caused by third-party themes, plugins or customizations are not valid grounds for a refund.
- If a refund is granted, you must deactivate and uninstall the plugin from your site.
When will the money appear in my account?
Once we initiate your refund, it may take up to 7 business days for the funds to reach your original payment method. In case of a delay, we can provide the ARN (Acquirer’s Reference Number) on request, which you can share with your bank to track the refund.

- Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of PrefixWP.
- By purchasing from our website, you agree to this refund policy. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the consumer laws of your country.
- PrefixWP is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the purchase and refund dates.
